AUDIT OF MAJOR FEDERAL AWARD PROGRAM Finding No: 2021-1 STATEMENT OF CONDITION: The Company did not file its year ended September 30, 2021 financial statement on time with REAC. CRITERIA: HUD regulations and the mortgage note require that the year end financial statements must be filed with REAC within 90 days of its year end. EFFECT OF CONDITION: The Company is in violation with its regulatory agreement with HUD and its mortgage note. The violation code could cause HUD not to allow withdrawals from the Company?s Reserve for Replacement. CAUSE OF CONDITION: Due to the work restrictions caused by COVID-19, it has taken longer than planned. Both the Company?s staff and the Auditors have been working remote. RECOMMENDATION: The Company has filed its financial statements by January 12, 2022.

Due to the work restrictions caused by COVID-19, it has taken longer than planned to file timely. Both the Company?s staff and the Auditors have been working remote. Management did not file the Project's financial statements on time, HUD regulations require that the financial statements be filed within 90 days of its year end. As a result the company was in violation of its regulatory agreement with HUD. The company submitted audited financial statements on January 12, 2022 and will file annual audited financial statements on time going forward. SUMMARY SCHEDULE OF PRIOR YEAR AUDIT FINDINGS Status - Finding 2020-1 Resolved: The year ended 9/30/2020 financial statements were filed with REAC on January 13, 2020.
