In 2020 and 2021, we dramatically expanded programs and services, which more than doubled our budget and exacerbated the challenges. We have created new administrative positions and invested in project management software; and have established a new shared calendar with all reporting deadlines and are reviewing upcoming deadlines each month. We are now on track to be ahead of our deadlines for the remainder of 2023 and all of 2024. Catherine Hummel, Executive Director, is responsible for the resolution of this finding.
