Azteca Economic Development Corporation has not fully funded the reserve account in prior years. Azteca Economic Development Corporation has a shortage in the reserve bank account. We recommend that Azteca Economic Development Corporation properly utilize the reserve bank account, by continuing to transfer the required amount into the account each year. Azteca Economic Development Corporation's board of directors and management are now transferring into the reserve bank account on a monthly basis, to try to fully fund the account. New management is currently taking steps to fully fund the account as soon as possible.
