Questioned Costs: None Effect: The Reserve for Replacement account is underfunded by $8,045. Cause: The Project had insufficient cash flow during the year due to a high vacancy rate. Other Information: 11 of 12 months. Recommendation: Management deposit $8,045 into the Reserve for Replacement account. Reply: Management agrees with the finding.

Questioned Cost: $1,038 Potential Effect: There is an additional $1,038 in Cash at September 30, 2021 and the Reserve for Replacement Account is understated by $1,038. Cause: There was an inadvertent error when the transfer from the Reserve for Replacement account was made. Recommendation: We recommend that the amount be deposited back into the Reserve for Replacement Account. Reply: Management agrees with the finding and deposited the $1,038 in the Reserve for Replacement Account as of December 2, 2021.
