Condition Found: The City has no written policies relative to federal awards. Questioned Costs: None noted. Cause: The City has not adopted any written policies relative to federal awards to be in compliance with 2 CFR 200, Subparts D and E. Effect: By not having policies in place, the City has weaker controls to ensure that federal awards are being properly used, and they are not in compliance with 2 CFR 200, Subparts D and E. Identification as a Repeat Finding: No. Recommendation: We recommend the City adopt a written policy relative to federal awards.
