Criteria or specific requirement (including statutory, regulatory, or other citation): RECIPIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ACCURATE DATA TO THE STATE OUTLINING EXPENDITURES BY SPECIFIC CATEGORIES AND OBJECT CODES. 9.
