Show full finding ▾Hide full finding ▴Finding: The District did not have a formalized review process and documentation requirements in place relating to the reporting of Provider Relief Funds (PRF) to the Health Resources Services Administration, specifically the Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards (SEFA) and the Lost Revenues Calculation.
The District has implemented corrective procedures which entail the Board Treasurer reviewing future Schedules of Expenditures of Federal Awards and reports filed with granting agencies. In addition, the Board Treasurer will document his/her reviews by initialing a copy of the SEFA, grant reports or other supporting documents reviewed by the Board Treasurer.
