As of May 31, 2019 the Replacement Reserve account had delinquent deposits of $5,250. Criteria: Compliance with HUD regulations and the regulatory agreement requires the project to make monthly deposits in an amount determined by HUD. Cause: Management Oversight Effect or Potential Effect: Delinquent Replacement Reserve deposits could result in funds being insufficient to replace items as needed. Auditor Non-compliance Code: N - Replacement Reserve Deposits Amount of Questioned Costs: $5,250 Reporting Views of Responsible Officials: We agree with the finding. We will deposit the deficient amount into the Replacement Reserve account as soon as possible. FHA/Contract Number: 042-HD030 Recommendation: Deposit the deficient amount into the Replacement Reserve account as soon as possible. Auditor's Summary of the Auditee's Comments on the Findings and Recommendations: Management agrees with the finding and will deposit the deficient amount into the Replacement Reserve account as soon as possible.
