The Project did not make the required monthly deposits into the Replacement Reserve as required by the regulatory agreement. Criteria or specific requirement: The Project is required to make monthly deposits into the Replacement Reserve. Effect: The Project must make the required deposits to the Replacement Reserve and ensure that going forward all deposits are made on a timely basis. Cause: The Project had turnover in accounting personnel that resulted in the missed deposits. Subsequently the Project has set up reoccurring deposits to ensure deposits are not missed in the future. Recommendation: The Project should ensure monthly deposits are made in accordance with the regulatory agreement on a monthly basis and be reviewed during month end close. Views of responsible officials: There is no disagreement with the audit finding.

March 31, 2021 Type of Finding: ? Significant Deficiency in Internal Control over Compliance Condition: The Project did not make the required monthly deposits into the Replacement Reserve as required by the regulatory agreement. Criteria or specific requirement: The Project is required to make monthly deposits into the Replacement Reserve. Effect: The Project must make the required deposits to the Replacement Reserve and ensure that going forward all deposits are made on a timely basis. Planned Completion Date for Corrective Action Plan: May 2021 Plan to Monitor Completion of Corrective Action Plan: Management has adopted a control where automatic transfers are made each month to the required replacement reserve account to ensure missed deposits does not happen in the future.
