Criteria: Pursuant to Section 5(a) of the Regulatory Agreement, the Community is required to make monthly deposits to the reserve for replacements fund as required by HUD. Effect: The Corporation is not in compliance with the terms of the Regulatory Agreement and the reserve for replacements fund is underfunded by $1,508 at June 30, 2022. Cause: Management inadvertently deposited one month?s reserve for replacements fund deposit into the security deposit cash account instead of the reserve for replacements fund. Recommendation: Management should transfer $1,508 from the security deposit cash account to the reserve for replacements fund. Completion date: July 1, 2022 Management's response: Agree. On July 1, 2022, management transferred $1,508 from the security deposit cash account to the reserve for replacements fund.
