(2019-001) Special Tests and Provisions Condition - The Authority did not enter into a depository agreement with their financial institution as required by HUD. Criteria - Public housing authorities are required to enter into depository agreements with their financial institutions in the form required by HUD. Effect - The Authority could be subject to penalties in the event that the program is audited by federal agencies. Recommendation - The Authority should enter into a depository agreement with their financial institution as required by HUD. Management's Response - We agree with this finding and will get a depository agreement signed by the board and the bank and send it to HUD.
