Grants to Counties program (10.666) no later than February 1 of the year after the year in which any Title III funds were expended. Condition: Per discussion with County officials, this report is not being filed. Cause: County officials were not familiar enough with the grant requirements to identify this reporting requirement. Effect: The County has a significant deficiency with regard to filing the required report for the School and Roads ? Grants to Counties program. Recommendation: The required report should be filed as soon as possible.
Response to finding 2022-003 The County will submit the required report as soon as possible and will implement policies and controls to ensure that all required grant reporting is performed in accordance with grant requirements and on a timely basis.
