Corrective Action Plan - Even though the Town didn't have a formal written policy in place regarding the search for suspended or debarred vendors/contractors, the Town did do the SAM's search before signing agreements with contractors on each of the Federal Grant projects that were in place during the year. A policy was written and signed on September 2, 2024.
