Condition

Criteria - Each recipient of federal awards is required to maintain written policies, procedures, and standards of conduct by 2 CFR 200, Subparts D and E. Condition - The County has not established such policies, procedures, and standards. Cause - The County has not received significant federal awards under the Uniform Guidance prior to 2021. Effect - The County has not adopted the required policies and procedures. Recommendation - We recommend that the County adopt all policies and procedures as required by the Uniform Guidance. Views of Responsible Officials and Planned Corrective Actions - Refer to the Corrective Action Plan prepared by County's management.
