Views of Responsible Officials and Planned Corrective Actions ? AAPHC has evaluated the lost revenue calculation used in the period one Provider Relief Fund reporting and has determined that there would still have been sufficient lost revenue incurred to fully obligate the funds received if 340b pharmacy revenue had been included in the calculation. Management intends to correct the lost revenue previously reported when completing the required reporting for the period four funding cycle.
