Effect or potential effect: The Corporation is not in compliance with the terms of the Regulatory Agreement. Cause: Management oversight. Recommendation: Management should transfer $3,479 from the operating account to the residual receipts account. Completion date: July 30, 2019 Reporting views of responsible officials: Management agrees. On July 30, 2019, $3,479 was transferred from the operating cash account to the residual receipts account.
