The Consolidated Group utilized its actual revenue for 2020 but recognized it evenly across all four quarters of 2020, instead of reporting actual revenue per quarter. Questioned Costs: None Cause: The Consolidated Group was undergoing an organization-wide turnaround plan and was still reviewing the 2020 revenue at the time the HRSA reporting was due. Effect: While the total revenue reported for calendar year 2020 in the HRSA Provider Relief Fund Reporting Portal agreed to the Consolidated Group's actual revenue for the same calendar year, on a quarterly basis, the revenue reported in the HRSA Provider Relief Fund Reporting Portal was not accurate. Repeat Finding: No Recommendation: We recommend that management revise their HRSA Provider Relief Fund Reporting Portal to reflect actual revenues on a quarterly basis for 2020.
