Condition

Statement of condition #2019-001 (CFDA No. 14.157): The Corporation's required deposit to the residual receipts fund per the December 31, 2018 Computation of Surplus Cash, Distributions, and Residual Receipts was not deposited within 90 days of the fiscal year-end. Criteria: Pursuant to the Regulatory Agreement, the Corporation shall establish and maintain residual receipts in a separate account and deposits to this account must be made within 90 days of fiscal year-end in the amount of the surplus cash at year-end. Effect: The Corporation was not in compliance with the Regulatory Agreement. Cause: Management made a deposit on March 29, 2019 per a draft of the December 31, 2018 Computation of Surplus Cash, Distributions, and Residual Receipts which was $252 less than the final December 31, 2018 Computation of Surplus Cash,Distributions, and Residual Receipts. The remaining $252 was deposited on October 25, 2019.Recommendation: The remaining $252 was deposited on October 25, 2019. No further action is required. Completion Date: October 25, 2019 Management's response: Agree. Management concurs with the finding and the auditor's recommendation. The remaining $252 was deposited on October 25, 2019. No further action is required.
