Corrective Actions Taken or Planned: The Emergency Disaster Loan (Assistance number 59.008) was improperly initially excluded from the Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards. The Uniform Guidance states that the auditee must prepare a schedule of expenditures of federal awards for the period covered by the auditee's financial statements, which must include the total federal awards expensed as determined by 2 CFR 200.502. SDFMC CEO is responsible for the preparation of the Schedule of Federal Expenditures and will evaluate the criteria for proper inclusion on the report each fiscal year.
