The Fort Totten Public School District Busiess Office has implemented procedures so that all information is kept in an electronic format so that it can be accessed quickly, allowing for faster response time. The new auditing firm will have secure access to the accounting software, which has most documents for revenu, accounts payable, accounts receivable and personnel files stored electronically. The new auditing firm has also provided a secure cloud-based folder to which all electronic documents can be uploaded in minutes alleviating delays in information
