Effect The City is not in compliance with Uniform Guidance 2 CFR section 200.318. Recommendation The City should adopt a procurement policy that conforms with applicable Federal law. Repeat Finding This is not a repeat finding. Views of Responsible Officials and Planned Corrective Actions The City is in agreement and will adopt a procurement policy.
