Finding 2020-012 Written Procedures Required by OMB?s Uniform Grant Guidance Program Information: Environmental Protection Agency Capitalization Grants for Clean Water State Revolving Funds CFDA #66.458, Project #5674 01 Pass-through Entity: Michigan Department of Environmental Quality Condition: The Township has not developed the written procedures as required by OMB's Uniform Guidance. Planned Corrective Action: The Township agrees that they need to adopt the necessary federal policies and will work towards the development of written procedures as required by OMB?s Uniform Guidance.
