Sample size information: The sample size information is not applicable to the finding. Statistically valid sample: N/A Name of Federal agency: U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Pass-through entity: N/A Questioned costs: $5,755 Statement of condition #2019-001: The Corporation paid legal expenses totaling $5,755 on behalf of the Board of Directors. Criteria: Pursuant to the Regulatory Agreement, the use of project funds is restricted to expenses reasonably necessary for its operations. Effect: The Corporation is not in compliance with the Regulatory Agreement. The Community's position cash has been reduced by $5,755 as of June 25, 2019 (before sale). Cause: Management was instructed by the Board of Directors to pay legal costs related to the sale of the Corporation. Recommendation: The Corporation was sold on June 26, 2019; therefore, no further action is required. Completion Date: June 26, 2019 Management's Response: Agree. Management agrees with recommendation.
