REPEAT

The Organization is delinquent in making the required payments from May 2020 through December 2020, with an outstanding amount due at December 31, 2020 of $717,752. It was also noted that payments for the months of January 2020 through April 2020 were made after the due dates. Effect of Condition: The delinquent payments are an event of default on the mortgage loans and resulted in non-compliance with the regulatory agreements. Identification of Repeat Finding: The finding is a repeat of a finding noted in the audit for December 31, 2019 as finding number 2019-001. Recommendation: We recommend that the Organization remit the delinquent mortgage payments as soon as possible in order to bring the mortgage loan current. Views of Responsible Officials: Management agrees with the finding, however the funds are not available and the Organization is in the process of a workout plan with HUD on the project.
